Summary
TSB: The front license plate mounting bracket kit for the 2015 model year RC F is placed in the luggage compartment of the vehicle at the assembly plant. Install the mounting bracket during Pre-Delivery Service (PDS) according to one of the following 2 installation procedures (depending on what bracket is made available), ONLY on vehicles requiring a front license plate.
