The first rear window trim fell off two years ago and now the other one fell off. And yes, they literally disappear w/out any provocation. I, of course, told Lexus that I thought it should be covered as it is defective. Wouldn't you know that you can't just replace the trim, you have to purchase an entire window -- now that is environmentally correct.

Since I'm out of warrenty they kindly said they would cover parts. Well, that does me alot of good since labor is well over $500.

When you purchase a "luxery" car this simply should not happen. AND if it does, Lexus should be held accountable.

I'd like to know how we can get this issue resolved under a class action AND get Lexus to cover it.
