I don't know how many other makes used Dunlop run flats, but they were horrendous when I got my car. I'm pretty sure their harshness could wear down suspension components, and replaced them immediately with Michelin Pilot Sport AS/T+2. It's a true cruiser now, though the hard top latches can still make noise over bumps!

I had put on aftermarket wheels. which were great for some time, Had car seviced then had vibration. Dealer says wheels are bent. Re balanced and it was better. few months later it was real bad again. i was going to put stock wheels back on and they are bent also. Between the suspension and the tires this car will not last too long. Same car in UK comes with different suspension and they replace the runflats free of charge. In the US. the customer service line is useless for other than towing. I will NEVER buy another Lexus.
