So the brakes on my car felt like they were going all the way to the floor so the dealer diagnosed the problem as ABS HCU part which needs to be replaced. Now seems like Ford does not have that part available, is on backorder so nobody knows when the problem will be solved. The last word was today that will be available on October 13 ( the car is at the dealer mechanic shop in Baltimore area from September 13), and the news is after I was told last Friday that day was the day when the parts are released. So the car won't be functional for a month, I have to rent but also pay for the part, very costly problem and I have no fault the manufacturer can't make enough parts to solve the car problems. Dealer and Lincoln don't offer any solutions, any support. Seems like my mistake was buying a Lincoln MKZ and I have to pay in any possible form for that. Yes it is a 2009 but has just 58k miles and is in great shape. I am the one guilty and have to pay because the manufacturer does not have parts available for months?
