The door latch of the passenger door is broken. This is in conjunction with Lincoln recall # 17V210000 door latch recall. There was also a second recall # 15S16 the vehicle was parked. Ignition off. A door that functioned fine earlier in the day, suddenly would not close properly. On closer inspection, door latch was broken.

When closing the rear passenger door the door will not latch to close securely. The latch is stuck open. We were sitting in a parking lot and with some work got it to latch closed until we got home. When we open and then closed the door again, the same thing happen and the latch it stuck so it will not latch to securely close. Currently I cannot drive the car due to the issue.
