MAZDA3 GX 2.0

  • Manual transmission
  • 68,351 miles

At random times on my manual Mazda3, the transmission seems to grind going into 2nd gear. I thought it might have been because I wasn't hitting the clutch all the way, but making sure all conditions were ideal, it would still grind at random times. I have looked up this issues and some owners have had their transmissions fixed as they were under warranty. It does become a concern for me since I am not covered under the warranty anymore.
