Took car to a Mercedes dealership for state inspection, oil change, check engine light. They said it needed a coil pack and new plugs to clear check engine light and it needed wiper blades and a parking light for inspection. They needed to drive car 100 miles for engine light to do emissions sticker. While that happened the sub-frame cracked. Car pulls off road when braking. So now dealership says I need to pay labor for this repair and that Mercedes will in goodwill give the sub-frame part. I contacted Mercedes Benz for a answer on part breaking and why I must pay labor. They investigated and don't see a problem with sub-frames breaking. Why is this problem found all over the internet then?
