Traveling on the I -75 South toward my home town. After arrival I noticed, that oil is pouring out under the front grill of this car. A tow truck transferred the car to Crown Mercedes in St. Petersburg, FL. The date it happened: June 15 in the late morning. After a few days, The Service Manager informed me, that the oil pan is punctured and had to be replaced. more days to add. Then another call. It is a wrong part. ordered again for this oil pan. After a week, I received a call from the Dealer, that a rebuild engine is on order. Do I have to accept this ? I should mentioned, that I leased this vehicle for three years with a advance payment made.

How does the Florida Lemon Law fits into this case?

Appreciate any input in reference to my situation.
