cracked rim resulting in loss of air pressure in tire

We had an alert to check our tire pressure. Losing air in front right wheel while on vacation at Mt. Rushmore, South Dakota. Had the wheel removed in closest town to discover it had a small crack in the rim resulting in a slow leak. The closest Mercedes Dealer was hundreds of miles away in Sioux Falls. The only solution to our situation was to purchase a small air compressor to fill the tire every 25 miles or so.

After making sure we had a new wheel waiting for us, we picked up our new wheel at he Luxury Auto Mall of Sioux Falls.
