Initial interaction with dealer who services same was was a travesty. I advised a safety issue and was told car out of warranty not their problem. They will fix free parts and labor charges if we signed a release for injuries suffered. Written response sent 25 Jan 2019. Awaiting MBUSA response for injury compensation. Why no Bulletin issued for injury possibility. Gross negligence by MBUSA.
