Mercedes sent me a airbag replacement notice and when I made a appointment a staff person called and said they weren’t going to replace my airbag, they were rude and basically told me to go somewhere else. They then said they’ll send me another notice which they never did. It was the Mercedes dealership in Santa Monica California, also when ever I would bring my car in for service they could never tell me before hand if it was cover under the warranty, I always had to find out after any service or repairs were made at the cashier. Really poor service.
