This is a Technical Service Bulletin sent to dealers. The bulletin instructs dealers to reprogram the Engine ECU with updated software to correct an issue when affected vehicle's engine stalling in cold weather conditions. If the vehicle's gas tank is filled with winter blend fuel, the issue may occur after a cold engine start, turning the key off, restarting the engine, shifting to D (Drive) range then tapping acceleration pedal. This issue may be due to inappropriate fuel correction data after engine restart, where the Air/Fuel (a/F) ratio becomes rich.
