Steering Wheel after going to the 5 different dealerships approx 5 times recognizes finally there is something wrong with this heated steering wheel but feel they wont fix it properly! Steering wheel was getting luke cool to luke warm not heated warm enough! As of sept. 24 still waiting for them to change the steering wheel! going to have a Frankenstein car it seems

This problem is very annoying. I have many friends who have this car, and I made sure to test drive it before. The steering wheel heated up very nicely. My car was purchased in April and I did not read the steering wheel to be warm with them. When winter hits, the steering wheel was very cold. Even in below freezing temperatures. I am located in New York city, last week we had 27° weather. The steering wheel did not heat up correctly. It was at the most lukewarm. I went to the Nissan service department, the official service department, and they told me after diagnosing it for maybe six or seven hours, that this is how it's supposed to be. That is absolute ridiculousness. On my block there are three owners of the same Nissan Ultima SL model, I tried all of their steering wheels and they are heating up correctly and warm. Right now it is 36°F out it's very cold and I press the heater on the steering wheel and it's only slightly, very very slightly warm. Other places on the steering wheel are not warm at all. Nissan is telling me this is how it's supposed to be.
