The rear passenger seat belt has repeatedly failed to unlock and unwind as normal, locking my 3 year old daughter into her car seat.

It has happened before but I was able to get my daughter out and eventually unlock the seat belt by emergency braking in our parking lot.

The latest incident caused her car seat to ratchet down pinning her into the car seat without being able to easily unlock her and release the seat. This was a very scary experience for me as a parent as my daughter is panicking as her seat becomes tighter and tighter the more she struggles.

I have had to install a second car seat because the first has been ratcheted down tight into the seat and Nissan is still several days from getting my truck in for service to fix this problem.
