It was -20 below and unable to get the heater/defrost to turn on for a 20 minute ride. All the gauges indicated it was on but it wouldn't work/blow air at all. I took to the dealer on that Friday and they stated there was nothing wrong except there may have been some water that got in and froze the blower. When I asked how that may have happened there was no answer. A 20 minute ride turned into a 40 minute one as had to keep stopping to clean windshield off.
