The contact owns a 2014 Nissan Maxima. The contact stated that the heated seats would not heat in the bottom portion of the seat. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the technician stated that the seats were performing to specifications. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileage was 800.
