The contact owns a Nissan Maxima 2016. The contact stated that she started to the headliner top covers detached from both sides of the rear windows. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact to take the vehicle to the local dealer. The manufacturer agreed to pay for 90% of the repair and the contact was responsible for 10%. the vehicle was taken to (sutherlin Nissan orlando, 8125 E colonial dr, orlando, fl 32817, (407) 792-3972) where the vehicle was repaired. The contact stated the repair was not effective. The failure mileage was 42,000.

The black plastic pieces that attach on the sides of the large front window and the large rear window they come off with ease. Mine have come off three times just simply driving. This is a known issue especially with the 2016 Nissan Maxima.

Front bumper clip broken car stalls when driving up an incline at low speeds. Car pulls to the left when driving. Alignment was checked, but was fine according to a Nissan dealer technician. The steering wheel seemed to momentarily lock when making a swift and sharp left turn.
