Murano SL

  • Automatic transmission
  • 64,000 miles

I purchased my Nissan Murano Pre-Owned 4 Months ago with 56,000 miles on int. The other day I was driving to work and hit a bump in the road. (no, not a pot hole, a normal bump in the road) and lost all audio to the car. CD, AM, FM, nothing worked.Just a side note: this Murano was equipped with the Bose radio. I immediately scheduled an appointment with the dealership where I purchased the car to have the car looked at. 5 hours after I dropped off the car I received a call from Nissan. The stereo was BROKEN!!! and it would cost $1900 to fix.

Because the price was outrageous, I picked the car up without having the repairs done. I have been in contact with Nissan Corporate and they have done nothing to help. I have a claim with the BBB and will continue to pursue until Nissan will take responsibility for their product.
