Murano SL AWD 3.5L V6 Dohc 24v

The Brake Light and Battery Warning Light come on in unison usually while accelerating. Brakes seem to work fine and had Alternator and Battery checked and are working fine. Also the car seems to lag or have a loss of power but then goes back to normal. The Brake Light and Battery Warning Light goes off and on intermittently but everything has checked out fine.
