problem #1

Aug 292016

Murano S

  • Automatic transmission
  • 132,000 miles

As I was driving on the interstate, without warning, my car bucked and then the ignition went off. Thank God I was able to make it to the right side of the road and pull over. No previous problems detected. To fix this problem, I was quoted close to $1000 for an Electronic Steering Column Lock and the dealer stated they are not sure if this is the only problem... Nothing else can be checked out on the car until this is fixed. Very unhappy consumer.
