Found the crack in the dash at the center speaker and the dealership confirmed that it was a crack and a new dash was put in, the only issue following was it took the dealership 2 more tries to get the dash back into place the proper way. The center air vents did not work correctly and were twisted into place. Once they corrected the airflow they still did not address the twisted vents until forced to do so.
