back-up camera view is stuck

First of all, bought my car Summer of 2016... by December of 2016 my brand new SL Version started to switch to back-up camera view while moving forward. Brought it to dealer and resetted the whole a/v system as they found no problems or discrepancies at all. The fix was not able to fix the problem... in the picture... as you can see the car is on park and the rear view camera is on. That's not how it's supposed to function. Looking for help!
