On March 16, 2019 I leased a 2019 Rogue SV with Premium Package. I hate it and I am very dissatisfied.
I will NEVER, EVER, EVER again have anything to do with NISSAN.
They advertise 26 mpg in the city and 33 on the highway. I am getting 19 in the city and 25 on the highway. It is WAY OFF from what is advertised and NISSAN USA DOES NOT CARE!! All they want is the sale and after...you are literally screwed!!
DON'T BUY NISSAN . . . ANY NISSAN!!!! Look at all the different websites where people complain about the same types of issues. DO YOUR RESEARCH before you have to go through this.
They said if I cant show that there is something actually wrong or damaged on the car they can't do anything for me. Lauren, one of the Regional Managers instructed me to read section 5 of the Owner's Manual so I can learn how to drive correctly and save gas.
How about that for a resolution???
Can anyone tell me if they have been able to resolve this issue in any way?
Is there anyone else that we can call to get some type of resolution? Would this be covered under the Lemon Law?
