GMC: WIPERS STOP IN INTERMITTENT OPERATION. WHEN OPERATING THE WIPERS IN INTERMITTENT MODE, THE WIPERS STOP AT A POSITION OTHER THEN AT THE BOTTOM OF THE STROKE. *PE
