Windshield wipers stuck in non-horzontal (or vertical ) position while switched off. W ipers were turned on and wheny they were turned off the arms did not return to the normal (horizontal) positions. Car was reapired at a mechanics shop for about $360.

While driving the vehicle in the rain windshield wiper on driver's side failed. This caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle and crash into a ditch. Consumer had the vehicle towed to the dealer for inspection.
