2007 Pontiac Grand Prix. Consumer requests reimbursement for vehicle low beam head lamp driver module recall notice repairs. The consumer stated the headlights stopped working in November 2014. In September 2015, he received a recall notice regarding headlight failure. While at the dealer for service, he inquired about the recall. However, the dealer stated they did not have the recall in their system. The consumer submitted a request form for reimbursement. A representative from General Motors informed the consumer, the dealers had not been advised of the recall and that he would received further paperwork, which he could then submit once the parts became available. The consumer informed General Motors, the repairs had already been made. Recall # 15V519000. Also, the thermostat was replaced.
