1500 Laramie 5.7L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 8,000 miles

Battery total drain, fob control would work had to charge to start. This is the second time I have taken it to the dealer for the problem. I thought they had fixed it since several months had passed with no issue, unfortunately it's back. The battery discharged in a matter of less than 48 hours. I've seen one other complaint that's exactly the same as mine.

1500 Tradesman Crew Cab 5.7L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 2,400 miles

This morning trying to go to work noticed I can't used the key remotes and I had to used the KEY to open the door. I had no power, no light on the inside. I had roadside assistance to Jump this new truck. Still no power going to the truck, he said that the battery is good but don't understand why the truck is dead. I also had a tow truck sent to my address but on this 2019 Ram 1500 he didn't know how to release the brakes on this truck. I don't know how I am going to get this new truck tow to the shop to be fixed, it is a electrical problem.
