The contact owns a 2016 Ram 3500 equipped with nexen tires, size: Lt23580R17E (na) the contact stated that the outside edge of the front passenger side tire was rotten and rubber was chipping off. The contact removed and replaced the tire with the spare. The contact was unable to locate a dealer to replace the tire. The tire was original equipment. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The tire line was unavailable. The tire and vehicle failure mileage was 1,600.
