The contact owns a 2007 Saturn Outlook. The contact stated that the windshield wipers failed and the linkages between the motors and wipers were inoperable. The contact called the manufacturer who stated that the vehicle was not included in recall 08V410000 (visibility: Windshield wiper/washer: Linkages). The manufacturer stated that he would get a discount on repair expenses. The current and failure mileages were approximately 60,000.
