This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Subaru dealer.
No repairs made. Service department thinks it a reflection from the backup light or license plate light. I was told there is nothing to correct it but advise if it gets any worse. Isn't this a safety issue?

The camera video has the manufacturing defect. The white noise is the electrical problem from backup camera video. It was found on a brand-new car after I drove it a few days. First find it in the garage occasionally. Later on, it was found that the problem occurs always during the evening ( 100% sure). Talked to dealer, technician just update the software, but the problem is still there. Obviously it is the manufacturing defect in the hardware system or harness system. All consumers shall file a class suit against Subaru.
