AC light is suppose to blink and shut down the AC if something is wrong in system

This did not happen causing a major problem/ repair

This is an obvious defeat that should be addressed

I need to report this to Toyota defects complaint department but need information as to contact information. Who knows how many other Camry's are out there with same problem and no one will know until too late.
