front windshield seal leaks

Rubber seal like dash board started to break down....

Lead to water intrusion because it rains where I live and I drive forward a lot ...... Duh!

Are they making the dash out of the same materials as my window seals?

Again.... Going to buy another brand this is totally unacceptable.
