Steering column has gradually lost the ability to lock in lower position., now is coming loose in high position.the local dealership has said it would cost over 1000,00 to fix...This should be toyota's cost...I pd over 2000.00 for insurance when I bought it...yes, I have had it 4 yrs,still paying for it...this failure is a flaw in workmanship, not use of vehicle..
