Number 1, why there isn't any customer feedback/complaint portal in the TOYOTA's website.
Number 2, how could Toyota overlook a simple design philosophy in designing a car. Who would ever put reflective material in the car interior - from the gear knob base all the to the horizontal lining on the stereos as specifically "designed" to reflect the midday sun's ray directly into the drivers eyes. This mis-design is a disaster in the making and I really hope they do something about it.
