The contact owns a 2014 Toyota Corolla. While driving 70 mph, the front bumper detached and fell onto the road. The vehicle became inoperable without warning. The contact's daughter drove over the bumper and the vehicle behind her also drove over the bumper. The vehicle was taken to West paint body shop (5500 w 33rd St, little rock, ar 72204) where it was diagnosed that the bumper needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The contact also stated that the front bumper started slowly detaching three weeks after the repair was performed. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and asked the contact to call the dealer. The failure mileage was unknown.
