I will never recommend Toyota brand to anyone. We have had problems with this one since day one. This car is very expensive and the problems are not worth it.

After you by the car, the dealers are not willing to help with the problem because, for them, everything is normal. I have had two Hondas before and we had no problems at all. I really regret not buying a Honda brand. I will never buy Toyota in my life as all we have is a problem car. Since day one my windows shake when I try to close them or open them, it doesn't heat fast enough, the auto-starter sometimes works, sometimes does not work, the interior has big gaps between joints.

Highlander Limited V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 1,200 miles

The engine failed to start and gradually all the electronics are failing. This happened with a brand new car, just three weeks old, really amazed to see such problem for a new car from Toyota brand.

I called up Toyota care immediately for fix and reconfirmed about my compliant an hour later, still no response from them even after 36 hrs. That really hurted me and my faith on Toyota Care. I cannot trust them any more and dont recommend new buyers.
