Highlander 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 73,000 miles

Went shopping came out and had no power steering. The Check Power Steering Light was on, had car tow to dealership and was told that the Power steering was shot and that they had to replace the complete steering column assembly. with a cost of $2243. I was allows told that Toyota was a reliably brand of vehicle but I feel a 4 year old vehicle should not be having this kind of issue. Not happy at all!!!!

Highlander ES 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 51,000 miles

Drove my 2011 Highlander to church. Came out of church started the car and had no power steering. Glad I was driving and not my wife or she would not have gotten the car home. Got the owners Manuel out and under do it yourself maintenance it said you could replace the electric power steering fuse. What a joke. Knew where the fuse was but couldn't get to it. If it had went out while driving down the road someone would have got hurt and hurt bad.
