Tundra SR5 5.7L V8

While in reverse the vehicle tilted on a soft spot of dirt and then started grinding and popping and then once I put it in drive and tried to go forward it got worse and didn't want to move. Had to lock it in 4wd and drive forward 30yards and the disengage 4wd and it went away.
