problem #1

Jun 252017

Atlas Launch V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 1,200 miles

The warning light came on and indicated an airbag failure for no reason. I called the dealer and brought it in the following day. they did not know what the problem was for 3 days. now they have kept the vehicle because they said is a safety concern. The service person Angelo stated they are waiting for parts from Germany, However I thought the vehicle was built in the U.S. this is very annoying at this point the vehicle has been in the dealer being repaired longer that i have used it since I bought it a month ago. i bought the vehicle at Diritto Brothers in Walnut Creek. they really are not efficient when it comes to service. I would never buy another vehicle from them

Update from Jul 12, 2017: VW has not been able to find a solution and my car has been under repairs for close to 3 weeks for the airbags and one for the radiator
