Tiguan LX 2.0L

I got a brand new 2017 VW Tiguan on July 15. On July 18, the 4 day new 2017 VW Tiguan had crashed into my neighbors tree as I may have oversteer or understeer the steering wheel to the right with my feet on the brake the whole time, but only to cause the Tiguan to lose traction and speed up and hit the tree.It was out of control.

Since the accident, I have lost over 10 pounds. It like a nightare .too Dangerous .I couldn't able to stop thinking about the collision . I made several attempts to contact VW dealership but only for them to dismiss my requests completely. It was very disappointing to see the kind of service I got from purchasing a VW Vehicle. I had raised this issue up to Transport Canada as well for them to look into the issue. I also contacted ICBC. ICBC has maintained the position of only looking after the vehicle body damages not mechanical failure. My question is: what if the collision damages are caused by the mechanical failure? Why should my insurance policy pay for the damages rather than VW? This also begs the question of why should I insure my vehicle with ICBC?

I am writing to CarComplaints to let everyone know that there are brake control issues with VW vehicles and that VW is not doing all they can to resolve the issues. I being one of the victims of the their VW vehicles, don't want the same thing to happen to other people who may be looking at purchasing VW vehicles.I also hope if there any lawyer can take my case to again VW.
