— Fiat Chrysler (FCA US) is recalling 224 model year 2018 Ram ProMaster City vans because the gears inside the hydraulic rack and pinion steering systems may crack and cause a loss of hydraulic steering fluid.
The loss of fluid will cause drivers to use more effort to steer the vans.
The ProMaster City recall should begin April 25, 2018, when Ram dealers will replace any affected rack and pinion assemblies.
