Takata recall; I have been trying for several weeks to reach a supervisor at Acura/Honda to discuss my options regarding comparable transportation while my vehicle is not drivable. To date I've called over six times and keep getting the same story that they will call me back when available. On one occasion I had a representative give me an alternate number to discuss compensation. When I called the number it was a repair shop in Connecticut. When I called back (same day) to Acura they had no record of me calling that day. In short, I've been getting the run-around for two months now.
