Summary
Customer may report that the rear parking aid is inoperative or that the warning does not turn off. DTCs are present in the vehicle electrical system control module. The rear camera will not turn on when the rear parking aid is inoperative. Humidity can enter into the rear wiring harness for the parking aid sensors, which can lead to corrosion of the splices.
