WHEN LOCKING VEHICLE DOORS ARE LOCKED BUT VEHICLE IS NOT SECURED: The customer complains that when locking the vehicle from the outside using the remote control: The doors lock The alarm system is not activated The side mirrors (when the function is activated) do not fold in CAUSE Due to a software error on the Body Domain Controller (BDC) it identified the remote control as being inside even though the remote control is actually located outside the vehicle. This caused the doors to be locked without securing the vehicle.
