Summary

Humming/Buzzing Noise from Passenger Side Dashboard. There is a humming or buzzing sound from the passenger side dashboard. This noise only subsides when the entire heating and A/C system is shutoff. The A/C refrigerant shutoff valve is creating a harmonic sound which is resonating into the passenger compartment.
