Summary

BUICK/GMC/SATURN: INTERMITTENT STIFF STEERING AFTER DRIVING THROUGH A PUDDLE OF WATER. THIS MAY BE CAUSED BY WATER SPLASHING ONTO THE DRIVE BELT AND CAUSING THE BELT TO SLIP ON THE PULLEYS. *PE
