This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that have center select button on the Integrated Center Stack for their Navigation Radio is inoperative and the touch screen is inoperative. Technician should not replace any parts for this concern. Dealer should advise the customer the vehicle is not equipped with a touch screen. The center joystick only operates when in the map mode. The large chrome dial in the center of the Integrated Center Stack must be used to make a selection then the chrome outer edge needs to be pressed in to make the selection.
