Summary
This technical bulletin provide a procedure to replace both the intermediate steering shaft boots (seals) and the steering gear to correct a customer concern on a hard steer during colder temperatures and/or knocking/clicking noise heard due to water intrusion in the steering gear input shaft freezing and/or causing corrosion.
