17176 - Service Update. On certain vehicle the transmission cooler line seal may not have been pierced when the transmission cooler lines were connected to the transmission. This could cause a lack of fluid flow, resulting in damaged transmission clutches. Inspect the transmission fluid for evidence of fluid overheating. If evidence of fluid overheating is present, the transmission is to be replaced.
