This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have radio touchscreen is inoperative. Technician will need to remove the display and re-test if the touchscreen still will not take a touch input follow published in Service Information. If the touchscreen does take a touch input inspect the inside top center of the bezel for a plastic tab that may be pressing on the display. Remove the tab with a sharp knife to correct the concern.
